Starting in November 2024, these meetings will be conducted in collaboration with the Wikimedia Language Diversity Hub. If you need interpretation support from English to another language, please let us know by posting on the talk page.

The meeting structure is as follows:

  • Welcome and Introduction – Greetings and agenda overview.
  • Highlights & Technical Updates – Participants volunteer to provide technical updates a few days prior to the meeting.
  • Problem-Solving – Participants submit their technical challenges a few days prior to the meeting and brainstorm possible solutions with others during the session.
  • Networking and <abbr title="Questions and Answers">Q&A – Participants can ask questions and chat with others who share similar interests.
  • Closing – Wrap-up and details about the next meeting.
