Progress update

• Stage: Design
• Reporting weekly progress on-wiki under Wikimedia Release Engineering Team/Group -1/Progress reports
• Ahmon responded to feedback from Timo on Gerrit change 1053752
• Ahmon added FORCE_MW_VERSION support to scap (MR!382)
• Bryan began researching options for introducing a Kubernetes cluster to the beta cluster project. Implementation may spin out into a separate related hypothesis in the future.
• Ahmon reports that in his local dev environment he can now do:
