I did a test translation from Frensh to Spanish and saved it at es:Usuario:CrazyBoy826/Taller. However, the categories (which I did not edit) appeared in nowiki. Can anybody fix that?

That is standard setting to give nowiki tags at start and end parts of Categories section; simply open your translation in editing mode, delete those nowiki tags if you are sure the category is right. To edit category section, change from visual editor to wikitext editor with the pencil icon at the top right corner.
If I were you, I will add one colon at the beginning of each category:xyz, as :category:xyz, so that the sorting system won’t list your userpage under each category. Hence, I guess adding nowiki tags automatically to Content translation tool (aka CX2) output is designed to prevent each of such output automatically detected by the sorting system.
Lastly but not least, Userpages are for each user: other users are advised not to interfere with the contents on userpages, but to discuas on Talk_userpage:abc. As you don’t seem to have help page for content translation tool on eswiki (Spanish Wikipedia), if you comprehend French, you’d better check how the tool operates. Enjoy translation with CX2. Cheers,
