solved for translations of Google Extension + Category + Maps

Hi all, When I first try to save my translation in French, I am trapped because I trigger a blacklist entry and cannot continue. Can anyone correct to deblock the situation ? Thanks.

@Wladek92 What makes you think that you are banned? Nothing that you posted says that you are banned.

Ah, thanks. Sorry, I misinterpreted. You (as a person) are not banned (but that is how I understood your initial post).

What happens here is that Extension:TitleBlacklist hits. You're basically running into MediaWiki talk:Titleblacklist#Google misspelling pattern matching wrong for Talk: pages I think.

Which talk page ??? Again as I wrote, I am working the standard translation interface at https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Translate&group=page-Extension%3AGoogleLogin&language=fr&action=page&filter=

and translation should be allowed. I added a comment on T177205 because situation is blocked here.

Re-opened => the problem is now the same but with name space 'Category:' when I try to translate with => https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Translate&group=page-Category%3AGoogle+extensions&language=fr&action=page&filter=%21translated

The filter should not select the namespace to be a bit wider. Thanks

I guess it would solve the problem if admins can add Extension:GoogleLogin\/.* and Category:Google extensions\/.* to MediaWiki:Titlewhitelist. Or, if it is appropriate, please allow autoconfirmed users to create pages with Google in the title in the Titleblacklist.

The first correction made by Krenair was ok; please do the similar for Category to unblock the situation.

I think I know what's up, will rearrange this between the blacklist and whitelist to try to improve things.

Krenair, tip: you can use online regex testers. And again, consider removing this blacklist line.

I'm trying to avoid removing the blacklist line. I've checked my latest whitelist change against regexr.com and it should match your title. If this fails I will remove the blacklist line as too problematic for legitimate users.

Still I cannot save Category:Google_Maps_extensions translations to zh.

Again I suggest allowing autoconfirmed users to create pages with Google in the title by adding a <autoconfirmed> tag to that line in the Titleblacklist.
