bit of a bug i just came across i tried signing the post above and got the warning message that i don't need to sign it but it was hard to read as the area for the message was only about half as high as it should have been, I'm using chrome 9 on windows and the div is only 5 or 6 pixels high
Hi redekopmark,
We're currently working on this, though our development will speed up further in January. At this stage we'd like to run a pilot in January/March 2011.
Heh. Just to note, this comment was made before the decision to redo large portions of both the frontend and backend. A pilot launch in January or March of this year seems very unlikely at this point.
As you can see, we have released the lastest revision of the re-design. Take a look and tell me what you think.
This is looking really nice! Is there any news when this will be public? Because, it looks awesome.
Just wanted to stop by to add my encouragement on the redesign: it looks fantastic, and is obviously a ton of work. Good luck with it, I am REALLY looking forward to using it (and so are all the members of the wiki I run!)
I also think it's looking good, if this is how it's supposed to look when the redesign is done then "Wow" I can't wait for it to be released, It'll be an incredible improvement over the current design,
This is AMAZING! Thank you for your work on this.
Thanks!
I'm continually refining the design and improving upon it (even though we're in a holding pattern on it). I love this project; I think it's super important for about twenty bazillion reasons.
Feel free to add this to your watch list.
What is the status of this latest iteration of LT? It has been almost six years...
Good question.
The latest status update was on 2011-10-31. Any news?
There has been no progress because I have been assigned to other tasks. We will probably be waiting until Echo (our notification framework) is under development before considering reviving this project.
That is very unfortunate. Many people find it very hard to discuss in MediaWiki.
