Starting time

I know this is something that cannot please everyone when you have a global audience, but if this is a repeated event, can you try an Asia-Pacific friendly starting time at some point? I think that might help bringing in new people. 5pm UTC is difficult to work with if you are in UTC+11, UTC+10, UTC+9, UTC+8, UTC+7. whym (talk) 08:34, 21 September 2023 (UTC)

LAST date to add your input

I am confused by this statement: The last date to add your input will be on the 24th of October at 12:00 UTC....why would input be time limited? Seems like there is to much emphasis on control of the event - no? Zblace (talk) 10:53, 26 September 2023 (UTC)

I understand your confusion about the statement. The reason for setting a time limit for input is not to control the event but rather to ensure that we have ample time to incorporate everyone's thoughts and questions into the presentation.

Additionally,we'll have a time during the event for any questions that come up on the spot, so your input and questions will still be important and answered quickly. We appreciate you being part of this and want to make sure it's a smooth experience for everyone.
