Sub actual team THCs for generic

I wonder why we link to the generic THC in the notes doc, calendar invite, and "heads up" email and not the actual individual team survey. Anyone object to that idea? KLans (WMF) (talk) 21:35, 8 July 2015 (UTC)

Replying to myself: The actual survey (spreadsheet) doesn't have the indicators and influencers. So it should probably be a link to both, rather than just one or the other. Add/skip focus areas

We used to tell teams that they could skip a focus area or add a focus area(s) if they felt strongly about it. What do we think about this practice at this point in time?
