My work
As the Director of Learning & Development at the Wikimedia Foundation, I lead a team that strives to ensure that: our people are well-equipped with the mindsets and skills required to solve the complex challenges before us, we live our values, and we support and challenge each other in pursuit of our mission.
I am humbled and inspired by the Wikimedia movement every day, and strive for excellence on its behalf.
