Confusion after installing an extension with no apparent change

Hello, thanks first for your work on developing the "Wikipedia Article Recommender" extension!

I understand that the extension is in early beta phase. However, from a general user's perspective, they would typically expect to see some apparent changes to the interface after installing the extension. Since no such changes are visible yet, it may cause confusion among users (e.g. a comment by Bearcat Ben). It is recommended to add a reminder in the Overview section, noting that the extension is still in development and that obvious changes are not yet available. cc @SGrabarczuk (WMF). Hi @SCP-2000 - thank you for the suggestion! I think it would be a good idea to make a note that not all the features will be apparent in the very beginning - I will propose a change to the extension page that does this. Currently, there is actually one change, but it's possible you haven't been able to discover it yet because it's a bit subtle. In particular, we are adding recommendations in the empty state of the search bar. We did not publish this on the extension page as we'd like the folks testing the extension to be unbiased and explore the site naturally without being prepared ahead of time of what they will see. In addition, we will be testing a couple of new locations for the extension starting this week, which will be a bit more obvious.
