Deleted server administration information

I deleted some information for server administrators because... Project:PD help#Target readership - Normal users

The information was just added by someone:

I would move it to somewhere off the Manual:Skins page, but not sure where that information fits in. Or maybe this is installation troubleshooting. It relates to the case where you've installed mediawiki in one place, but serving HTML from another '/var/www/html' ? I'm not familiar with that kind of set-up, and I'm not sure where it's documented (but it certainly shouldn't be documented on this page)
