Venue

[edit]

The hotel and conference venue are both https://www.emoryconferencecenter.com/

Emory Conference Center Hotel
1615 Clifton Road NE
Atlanta, Georgia 30329
+1 404-712-6000

All attendees will have private rooms. You do not need a confirmation number and can just show your identification to the registration desk. If you run into any issues during check in please ping rfarrand.

The venue provided us with a number of free upgraded rooms and these rooms were randomly distributed to the volunteers attending the event / so do not be surprised if you end up in a fancier room than you were expecting if you are attending in your volunteer capacity! One more way to say thank-you to our volunteer contributors. :)

Transportation to venue

[edit]

Taxi

[edit]

Lyft, Uber, and airport taxi is probably you best bet for getting to from ATL airport to the conference venue. You may want to download a transportation app in advance of your travels. Depending on the time of day for your arrival, your taxi should cost about $15-$30 USD per direction. This is an expense that can be reimbursed after the event by all attendees through an expense report.

Airport Shuttle

[edit]

Airport Transportation is available from Atlanta Superior Shuttle. Please visit the Atlanta Superior Shuttle website for rate information and reservations. Shuttle service from Airport departs from Ground Transportation Center. http://www.superiorshuttleandlimo.com/hotel-shuttle
