Venue

We have three meeting rooms and an atrium area reserved during all four days at the the Elliot Center.
The Elliot center will have wifi and coffee (and other drinks) available all throughout the day. Lunch will be provided as well as snacks in the morning and afternoon.
The venue is in Downtown Portland and has coffee shops, small stories, pharmacies and more abatable within walking distance from the venue.
Participants can add details about places that they like or recommend close by below:
- Safeway, a large food and toiletries shopping store is located 4 blocks away
- Voodoo Doughnuts, a famous portland doughnut chain is 20 minutes walking
- There are at least 6 coffee shops serving espresso drinks located within 5 minutes walking from the venue
- Coava Coffee
- Case Study Coffee Roasters
- Two different Starbucks
- The Portland Art Museum is a few blocks away
- The Freakybuttrue Peculiarium and Museum (open until 8pm daily) for those interested in oddities collections. They also have an Insectarium Club, you can join.

Getting to and from the airport

Public Transit
[edit]With adult fares at $2.50 dollars, the MAX Light Rail is a convenient way to get around.
The train ride from the airport should take about 45 minutes.
Get on the MAX Red Line at Portland International Airport towards City Center & Beaverton, get off at the Providence Park station and walk 4 minutes to the hotel.
Uber/Lyft
