Agenda

1. As discussed previously, sketch out and review Evan's captcha proposal (captured within internal Google doc).
   1. Corey Floyd and Kate Chapman have now been made fully aware of the efforts of this working group.
   2. Initially, the ultimate aim of the aforementioned proposal was to investigate using certain limited funding to procure contractor services in an effort to incrementally improve Wikimedia's current captcha (FancyCaptcha within ext:ConfirmEdit) in three broad areas:
      1. Accessibility
      2. Localization/Internationalization
      3. Efficacy
   3. The issue of measurement has and will continue to be a concern based upon limitations in tooling and analysis as well as the overall effort to implement.

n.b. The above plan of action has been temporarily halted as of 2020-01-24 so as to further discuss and coordinate efforts with Product.
