Floor Plan

We have a venue buyout, so Monday - Wednesday all rooms in the Golden Gate Club will be used by Wikimedia.

Below you will find daily room set-up descriptions and uses.

Rooms for pre-scheduled sessions

  • Use: Event opening, Pre-scheduled sessions, unconference sign-up wall
  • Set-up: Theater, with 5 standing tables in the back
  • Capacity: 180
  • Projector: Yes, 10 foot
  • Video: Yes, professional videographer for all sessions. No live streaming.
  • Mics: Yes, 4. Two audience stands and two stage microphones
  • Other: Coffee, water & soda available in Ventana throughout the days

Hawthorn

  • Upstairs outdoor deck: tables and outdoor hangout spot for participants to use as they like, no smoking allowed
  • Front of venue/outdoor: lunch served, a few outdoor standing / eating tables, lawn to hang out if sunny, smoking allowed 10 ft+ away from venue doorways
  • Registration area: register, help desk, physical schedule
  • Various hallways: coffee stations
