1. How should Engineering prioritize projects?
2. How can my team have a voice in Engineering prioritization?
3. How does the Foundation decide what problems to address, and how?
4. How do I coordinate my Engineering work with other parts of the Foundation?
5. How do I know what Engineering is doing, and how I can interact with that work plan?
6. How do I make products that the Movement wants and that the Foundation needs?  How do I reconcile conflicts?
7. How can the organization fairly and completely use all of its resources without waste?
8. How do I get headcount on my team commensurate with my team's goals?
9. How do I account for work my team is doing that isn't included in my goals?
