Would you please read User:Whatamidoing (WMF)/Sandbox2 and tell me if that makes any sense?

Actually, I did not have in mind to spend a lot of time on this item, but I had a look.

1. Does User:Whatamidoing (WMF)/Sandbox2#Threaded discussion: Comment appears in the middle relate to what I reported as a bug? I would expect what is stated there.

2. I can tell you that another person also complained about the reply tool, although without details.

3. May the error message "nl.wikipedia.org: Requests from referer xxxxs://googleapis.com/ are blocked." have something to do with this, or is this a browser-related problem?

4. I note that adding a link is also rather problematic.

When do you see the googleapis.com error?

Please tell me more about adding links.

a. I was busy with other things. The problem with your Sandbox is that one cannot test it (no reply buttons).

b. In this reply, I tested pasting text with the middle-mouse-button. In this case it appeared on the right place at the end of the text when copied from another tab. After selecting another word from this reply, however, it appeared wrongly top-left at the beginning again.

c. Blocking googleapis.com may be correct (I don't know what site this is). Adding the internal link User:Whatamidoing (WMF)/Sandbox2, however, was also blocked.

d. The error popup is unclear. It appeared several times on several dates, not immediately while typing the text and not after trying to insert the said link to googleapis.com; may be appearing after starting working next day. Clicked it just away. Likely all from the browser Waterfox G4.

Note that my second reply (Another disadvantage ...) is not indented and this third reply is inserted just after the first reply.

About the indenting, I think I used the general reply button, by accident (because it is too prominent).

If you go out-of-the-box and then back continue typing, it will start top-left as if it would be a new reply.

For this one I use the button just below the first post in this thread of three. Look where it appears.

Another disadvantage is, that you cannot correct your reply afterwards. I have to add that I tried to add links directly into the text, not by using the button below (just because it did not come in mind).

If you want to edit a comment here in Flow, then click the ••• three dots menu at the top of the comment you want to edit.

That is the fantastic world of hidden menus.

I just used the tool on the nl-wiki and again the reply did not appear where I used the button, but after another reply lower in the thread.

Does every reply button have its own identifier?

No indent.

This discussion (here) is happening in Flow. Work on Flow was cancelled before they figured out what the best indentation system would be.

Replies should just be there, where you click the button and indented.

External links directly typed into the box are apparently blocked by default, also if they are internal links as full URL.

Not sure what exactly I had in mind, but at second thought, it is correct to put it in the end while the reply button is at the original post. With a small indent.

The main concern is the strange behaviour with putting additional text at the beginning, and putting replies at the wrong place (on the nl-wiki at least). But please don't ask further details. If it is serious you will undoubtly see other comments.
