Deletion tagging

Why is the Melodycatcher story out of scope ?

Thanks for your help in tagging pages for deletion. Just two quick notes: If a page obviously needs to be deleted (and all of your taggings so far were), you can use the {{Speedy }} tag instead of {{Delete }}. i was a crat here before, blanking the page prevents spam on the page from appearing in the deletion log as not all admins delete using a 'drop down reason' whilst deleting ...--Stemoc (talk) 02:35, 16 September 2014 (UTC)

The first I posted the page it was not from my account. But this time I have posted this from my account and this is the proposal page for the tag that needs to be used in openstreetmap. OpenStreetMap and Wikimedia are collaborating at multiple levels. You can go to the link http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features and see that i can post a proposal page with the template:Proposal_page here. I created my account kevstoy yesterday and setup my User page, but a day later received a BLOCK on my account. I am looking for information about getting unblocked? The admin: Stemoc marked the reason as "SPAMMING", but I don't understand what would cause that as I only edited my User Page and changed on anonymous attribution to my new account on another page.

The information regarding the block I was asked to include was: Your current IP address is 76.248.241.205, and the block ID is #47572. Please include all above details in any queries you make.

I am currently working with a group contributing to the semantic mediawiki community. I was submitting changes for extensions and wanted to have an "about me" page so people who saw my extension changes could reference me.

Please let me know what I can do to get unblocked. Thank you for any assistance getting this resolved.
