Curious about your extension

Hey there!
So, we've been using your extension at the Great Library of Greyhawk on GreyhawkOnline.com for quite some time now.
We recently noted when we updated to the most recent version of Mediawiki and PHP it longer is compatible.

It's wonderful resource, and invaluable to us to know what pages our users are searching for which aren't on our wiki yet. Thank you so much for writing it ...
We were curious if maybe we could talk you into updating it? Or if you no longer do the extension, how you'd feel about our finding a coder who might be willing to tweak it just enough to make it compatible for an updated version to be put out?
Or, if you'd know anyone who'd do that kind of thing?

Hello Kristoph,

Glad to hear you have been able to find use with the extension. Our wiki update process has been lagging behind, but are making moves to update soon so I expect for us to hit that same issue and make the required update. I would expect the timeline to be a 6 or so months, but I may get energetic and work on it sooner.

Your account will be renamed

Hello,

The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.

Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Sorvis. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Sorvis~mediawikiwiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name.

Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
