It would be easier for me to review your task if you stuck to a single task, instead of claiming different versions of the same task.
Besides, it seems that the content you've posted at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/User:Nikhilojha27111999 is mostly copied (and hardly even rephrased) from another student's work, posted at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/User:Linkdude101 . You didn't even take the time to format the HTML tags properly so they wouldn't be interpreted by MediaWiki.
As a consequence, I see no choice but to unassign this task from you. I discourage you from claiming this task again (or another "discovery report" tasks). guillom 16:52, 16 December 2013 (UTC)
