Re: "External links" translation

Actually, I'm translating, since I've started it, into Brazilian portuguese. So, "Links externos" is the right translation for that language and "Ligações externas" refers to European portuguese. I was thinking about using Help:VisualEditor/User guide/es to update the old copy of w:es:Wikipedia:Editor visual/Guía del usuario. The new version is only about half translated. I think the usual thing to do with those image 'strings' is to leave them "untranslated" unless you can change them to an image that uses the local language. Whatamidoing (WMF) (talk) 17:52, 27 October 2014 (UTC)

Some pages, after being marked for translation, show the following message: ."Unknown error: "titleblacklist-forbidden-edit". There is probably a list of pages that are with some restriction for translation. If you want to, report this problem on Bugzilla. Thanks for the info. I don't speak Portuguese. With some effort I can read it (same thing for Italian). I just make some trivial or repetitive translations (in many languages), so translators can focus on the other ones. Macofe (talk) 19:04, 19 November 2014 (UTC)

Singular vs. plural in Finnish

Hi, do you speak Finnish? I corrected this and another translation. "Internal link" (singular) is "Sisäinen linkki" in Finnish, while "Internal links" (plural) is "Sisäiset linkit". --Silvonen (talk) 04:12, 19 March 2015 (UTC)

Gracias por la retroalimentación. ¿Dónde puedo encontrar los lineamientos para la redacción de documentos en el locale 'es'? Para evitar errores como el tratamiento de dirección entre tú y usted, uso de impersonales, de conjuntivos, de la segunda persona del plural, de redireccionamiento, de subordinación de cláusulas, etcétera.
