Thanks for editing my extension. It would be nice to add info that it was written for 1.40.1. Due to different authentication mechanics in previous versions it would not work with a hight probability. I tried to add compatility info to template but i couldnt... Reflist issue

HI Ammarpad,

Could you help with the {{reflist|group=lower-alpha}} issue on the Vizhinjam International Seaport page? The template provides incorrect information, and I don't know how to remove it.

Hi, do you mean this page on enwiki? To remove it you have remove the note added by use of efn or other similar templates. You need to find that in the source. Also please post English Wikipedia article issues on the article talkpage there. Thank you. – Ammarpad (talk) 13:57, 25 August 2024 (UTC)

Wrong markup

The content is primarily for developers not translators. It looks 'ineffective' to you because apparently you do not know what it does. I know and it works. That you think it does not work while it clearly does is your own problem. – Ammarpad (talk) 12:11, 24 September 2024 (UTC)

Adding ‎<br> to a sentence that already has translations invalidates the existing translations. I don't understand. So we should not improve/update pages because of translators. What kind of lame reason is this?

Of course translations will be invalidated when a page is improved. I know that and it's by design. Translators can either update their translations or leave it as is. No one will force you to do any. This is a developer wiki not translator wiki. – Ammarpad (talk) 18:57, 24 September 2024 (UTC)
