Roan responded overnight with an okay for deploy, I just have to get in touch w/him....

Almost got the FileAPI support in UploadWizard working -- temporarily reverted so I can work on IE7 issues

IE7 seems to have a similar bug to IE8, where certain parameters were not being returned properly. So, wanted to do a network sniff like last time, but I found I couldn't. The vmnet1 and vmnet8 interfaces had little or no data. After much hair-pulling found that the appropriate interface is vmnet0, not vmnet8 as before. vmnet0 does not appear in the list of interfaces! (Unsure why this changed -- perhaps vmnet0, vmnet1, and vmnet8 refer to the ways VMWare can connect to host, namely host-only, NAT, and bridged, but not necessarily in that order. Thought I was doing everything the same as before!)

Fixed some of the IE7 & IE6 issues, now it seems everything can upload. Moving on to the next pages, where there are more bugs (entered already).

Aborted push today since there actually is a fair bit to review... will batch into UploadWizard-deploy branch and have Calcey check it out.
