Main question I have to answer is : can I copy/paste word documents here.

Second question : I see stuff in VisualEditor I will never use, i.e. LaTeX and Hiéroglyphes (fr). Can I get rid of them?

Third question : Right now, I'm writing this in VisualEditor. .It would be really nice to have a visual cue that I am in edit mode; different background color of the edit zone would be perfect.
