UploadWizard/Bandwidth comparison with legacy upload
This table is out of date! The UploadWizard does not hit the thumbnail server as hard any more. Also, we download a few extra config files from Commons. So the comparison of browser resources used probably is more in UploadWizard's favor now, although there are a few more hits to commons.
Tests performed by uploading two similar files to Commons (see hyperlinks) and analyzing Firebug traces.
