Hi! The text on File:Wiki.png say file was created by Eloquence but original uploader is Kate. Perhaps you can add a link to File:EloquenceSunflowerBlue-Small.png on the file page? That file is probably the original file. Also the license is {{GFDL}} but because the file is uploaded before November 2008 it is eligible for a relicense. So perhaps you can also add {{Cc-by-sa-3.0-migrated}}? I could not find a admin noticeboard so I write to you because you are very active. Hope thats okay.
