Open collapsed subprocesses from viewer

Hello,

I can't find a way to open a subprocess in the BPMN viewer like with the blue arrow when using bpmn-js.

Is the version used in flex diagrams many versions behind?

I tried replacing the BPMN-js files in the extension folder with current ones but after that all Icons went missing and existing diagrams could no longer be found.

Any advice on limitations, versions used, dependencies and how to get subprocesses working is highly appreciated.

I hadn't heard about subprocesses in bpmn-js, so I just looked it up - apparently this was added in bpmn-js version 9, which came out in 2022. Which would explain why it's not working in Flex Diagrams (whose version of bpmn-js is from 2020). So yes, an upgrade would solve the problem. It's too bad to hear that simply replacing the files with their current equivalents doesn't automatically work - someone will have to spend more time on this.

Good news! The version of bpmn-js in Flex Diagrams has now been upgraded to the latest (17.11.1). There is indeed now an icon for subprocesses in the editing menu, along with various other new options that I don't really understand. Hopefully it all works now.
