Hello, We recently upgraded our MediaWiki from 1.33 - 1.42, and now on all 252 pages, we have either 1 or several images/docs missing. We have ran rebuildimages.php, rebuildall.php, cleanupuserswithnold.php, and then migrateactors.php. Was hoping someone else out there would have a suggestion so we can avoid having to go through all 252 pages and reuploading these images.

For example, on our site where a image is supposed to be, instead it says: File:136 2010.jpg

and when you inspect that element, it says:

<a href="/index.php?title=Special:Upload&wpDestFile=136_2010.jpg" class="new" title="File:136 2010.jpg">

</a>

Was this upgrade from 1.33 directly to 1.42, or were there versions as steps in-between? See Manual:Upgrading#Check_requirements.
