Changed it directly in the DB using SQL Queries

My old mediawiki used Custom title extension for the page title but now Display title is being used for the latest mediawiki.

I have the extension folder in place, I just need to edit the DB and replace the lines

{{#customtitle:....}} with {{DISPLAYTITLE:...}}

How to do that , any SQL query expert or anyone who has done this before??

What is the issue when you try to use that extension?
