This may happen after installing a new extension, and may last 20 minutes due to caching, but it should fix itself. Try cleaning your browser's cache.

The ext.wikiEditor.toolbar module no longer exists in newer versions of WikiEditor. You seem to be running a WikiEditor version that matches MediaWiki 1.42.

It is possible you have another extension installed, or a user script or other script modification, that is not yet updated to match the new version of WikiEditor. You might want to go through Help:Locating broken scripts
