categorise pages to match the topics preferred by the editor

question: why dont we use the page category ? At page creation the editor sets himself the category for example "french cuisine" so you dont need to sort. Of course (sub) categories should be ordered like with a kind of heritage. I know then that a Xmas pudding has nothing common with a viola, And the topic (thèmes) proposed can be selected at different levels of precision using the category value : cuisine, music... english cuisine, french cuisine... desserts, instruments,,,, --Christian 🇫🇷 FR ⛹🏽 Paris 2024🗼 (talk) 15:30, 11 August 2024 (UTC)
