I was trying to un-blank the page at

Reading/Web/Accessibility for reading/Reporting/en.wikipedia.org

but it told me

The blanking itself happens often and by brand-new accounts.

I can't see the filter itself to see why, but I have rollback the edit.

I've set up a local edit filter to block edits that delete more than 10,000 bytes of content by new users, which will prevent this from happening again.
