I created the browser support by operating system table in sandbox: see User:Xeverything11/sandbox. I added to this template, but it was reverted. Once these issues are fixed, is it appropriate to put into the template?

I reduced the width of the table and made colors more blind-friendly.
This template used to be three lines long – https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Template:Compatibility_browser&oldid=3746074 – and has already grown massively. I don't think this extremely high-level, translated template is the right venue for so much information. It also seems to duplicate the "Practical implications" table, but I'm not sure what your intended audience/"call to action"/"so what" is.
Additionally, the problem with using colours is not just that it's not good for people with different forms of colour-blindness, but also that it's invisible to screen-readers. Accessibility guide for developers has some guidance.
