Should this be changed to the new body?

If we had a new technical standards setting/reviewing body to change it to that would be excellent.

That group has no met for about a year now... Technical decision making/Technical Decision-Making Process Retrospective and Consultation plan

As Bryan Davis said, the committee has been disbanded a few years ago without a replacement body and the forum is not quite the same. Last July 2023 a group was formed to analysis the forum and they have published their report yesterday:
