Are the events when an user drops a mentor and chooses another one logged? Who can access those logs?

Asking because the Mentor changes log seems empty on rowiki, although I changed my mentor recently. However, I can see entries on enwiki. I'm not sure whether this is a bug, or intended.

Strange. We should see changes on the log.

I see changes you performed when I filter by name, but not changes that targeted you.

Who was your previous mentor, and who is the new one?

I changed from Accipiter Gentillis Q. to NGC 54 and back.
