Topic on Manual talk:Coding conventions

These conventions are for MediaWiki developers. The SVG page seems to be overtaken for use by the Wikimedia Commons by @JoKalliauer. See for example https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Manual%3ACoding_conventions%2FSVG&diff=next&oldid=5707130&diffmode=source.

Also the recommendation to use SVGO with recommended settings is now not so clear as multitude of tools are listed on the page, SVGO being last of them.

@Nikerabbit: I sorted the three optimizers when they are invented, and from my personal experience I can recommend scour and svgcleaner more than SVGO.

You are right that I know much about SVG and Commons but to be honest hardly anything about MediaWiki-developing.
