How do I make it NOT display the short description at the top of the article?

I think setting $wgShortDescriptionEnableTagline to false would do it, but I’m not 100% what a “tagline” is so I’m not sure. I am not a steward on our wiki so I will have to ask someone else to do it, and I don’t want to waste their time.
