I'm considering blocking Ilovemydoodle2 for engaging in essentially the same behavior that got them blocked on Wikipedia (w:Special:Contribs/Ilovemydoodle) - exporting disputes from other projects here (Topic:Wzrj1gkuzc9iqmd6 and Topic:Wznxg6u8a7r2jf8g are about q:WQ:VP#Add revision importer right - see also m:Wikimedia_Forum/Archives/2022-07#Mediawiki_developer), creating unneeded templates (Template:Uw-tilde), engaging in extended arguments, etc. while having essentially no content contributions. Thoughts?

Given the pattern of activity you linked to I don't see their behaviour as different here, nor improving. Blocking them on that basis seems reasonable.
