Using a Path Variable to specify src location

Is there a supported syntax where I pass the src path as a variable to the image inside the pic tag such as:

<pic src="{{#var: PathToFile }}/{{#var: FileName}}" />

or

<pic src="{{{PathToFile}}}/{{{FileName}}}" />

I would like to use the pic tag inside a template.
