Is there a way to make work this extension for mobile devices?
The banner is displayed on mobile via
$ wgMinervaEnableSiteNotice = true;
but I can't make it Dismissable

Looking at the code, I don't see why this shouldn't work - but I don't have Minerva installed to check right now.
