False Warning of Abuse Filters When Translating into Chinese & Page Automatically Scrolling Up

I have experienced this false warning of abuse filter in EVERY English-to-Chinese translation, and the warning appears at almost EVERY translated paragraph (usually several minutes after loading the page or right after I start working on the translation). The warning text is as follows:

防濫用過濾器已在您的翻譯中標識有問題的內容,若您無法解決問題,請嘗試將發布目標改為個人草稿或社群草稿,若仍無法發佈,請至 Wikipedia:互助客棧/求助 尋求協助
A rough translation: Abuse filters have detected problematic content in your translations. If you cannot solve this issue, please try publishing your translation as a user draft or community draft. If you still cannot publish, please go to Wikipedia:互助客棧/求助 for help.

And the filter it triggers is as follows:

您的編輯已被過濾器禁止,因為您段時間內建立大量條目,請留意批量建立條目需事先獲得批准。
Your editing has been stopped by the abuse filter because you are creating too many pages in a short period of time. Please be noted that mass page creation requires approval.

To make things worse, once a red mark appears at the left side of any section of the content translation page, the page begins scrolling up by itself whenever I try typing anything (using any Chinese input method I have), which has severely disrupted my translation.
