Uh! Good job. Just as a note I want to start adopting your solution somewhere like in it.wiki where I've found some layouts made from-scratch without responsiveness in mind like this example. Can I link your user page for further information? do you think it's a good idea to keep a cross reference here to point which projects are adopting your solution? This may help in refactoring if MediaWiki will support this in a native way.
