This is a bug in the translate extension, and is being discussed at Topic:Vpjco2mkuqc0eb8s
Hi, Wladek91, thanks for your translation! As a translation admin, maybe you can help out by doing the dance described here in order for the French translation to show, as well as the Spanish translation? I would really appreciate your help while the issue is resolved at Phabricator... thanks!
No, a true admin would be needed for that. Well, technically Wladek92 could remove the page from translation, then you could create the missing subpages, then Wladek92 could re-mark the page for translation, but that would be kind of hacky.
It is strange that the /ja page is listed with even translated TOC but not others.
That's because Shirayuki did the aformentioned dance earlier. Eitherway, it appears that Wladek92 has removed the page from translation, so the next step is for Sophivorus (or an admin) to change the content model of Module:Transcluder/doc/es and Module:Transcluder/doc/fr to wikitext.
One step beyond ! .... na na na . Manual cancel/restore for partial ES FR JA versions sounds ok (it remains a workaround) thanks.
... too bad.
"Cette page est une version traduite de la page Module:Transcluder/doc et la traduction est terminée à 41 %."
The FR translation seem to exist at 41% but is hidden by the scratch empty page; help !
It appears that my global interface editor permission doesn't allow me to change the content model of translation pages, so a true admin would be needed each time a new translation is submitted (which will probably happen often, given my larger goal of making this module truly cross-wiki). I think it would be much easier for all if we moved the module documentation to Help:Module:Transcluder. Thanks for your help guys!

@Shirayuki Hi! The module documentation isn't showing (at the module page). Not sure about the cause, but in any case, I think it could be fixed and future trouble avoided by just moving the documentation to Help:Module:Transcluder. Thanks for your help!
@Shirayuki Hi! Reporting the issue at Phabricator is fine. However, based on my experience with such reports, it may take years until it's resolved and the fix is deployed. In the meantime, we'd like to continue translating the module documentation so that the module can be properly deployed on more Wikimedia projects. With that in mind, can we temporarily move the documentation to Help:Module:Transcluder? I hope I don't come across as annoying, I'm just trying to prevent a small bug from blocking a project that has helped many users already and has the potential to help many others across many wikis. Thanks for your help and understanding!
It does not fix anything. Content model also moves to new page.
Thanks for understanding! I went ahead and created Help:Module:Transcluder from scratch. I have no trouble re-doing the Spanish translation if this allows us to move forward.
I have expanded menu to ES FR DE - sounds better but pb with using switch(?). Reporting my FR text manually.
Awesome! I just recreated the full Spanish translation and replaced Module:Transcluder/doc for a transclusion of Help:Module:Transcluder. All seems to work fine, thanks for all your help guys!
ok Help:Module:Transcluder seems working after the transfer of translations. May I clean the possibility to translate the Mold odule:Transcluder/doc tpage o bprevent furrher tanslations on this branch? and request deletion of current exisiting 4 subpages /ES FR JA EN ?
gerrit:616281 is in review. After deployment, Module:Transcluder/doc (and its translation pages) will be restored, then Help:Module:Transcluder will be deleted.
