In w:Wikipedia:Bug reports and feature requests I have found next sentences;

Bug reports and feature requests (collectively called tasks) relating to the MediaWiki software that powers Wikipedia, should be filed on Wikimedia's Phabricator.

On the other hand, in the content translation Give us feedback button links to this page.

This discrepancy indicates that either or both are wrong.

Which is right, or both are wrong?

Bugs on phabricator but some opinions can be shared here.

This section was a bug report that text in content translation is inconsistent with that of the other locations. But AAKlapper (WMF) did not realize that this was a bug report.
