Hello. Bad news. You doing low quality machine translation. Below a list with some reasons why some of your translations were deleted and you got ban.

$1 -> $ 1
$wgDBmysql5 -> $ wgDBmysql5
latin1 -> लैटिन 1 (latin1 - technical thing and not should be translated at all)
''' -> '' ' (and other spaces hell)
