I am running across a lot of images, where the suggestions are bad and instead of skipping I want to exclude the image from sugestions to other people so that we can handle it on Wiki in a more accurate fashion. As an experience user I would like more confidence that if I skip it doesn't send the image to someone very likely to add bad tags.
