Needed to set a configuration variable for it

I have a private wiki where users do sign in article namespaces, but by default VisualEditor won't allow it. Is there any way to enable it?

Do you want to allow Visual Editor on a certain NameSpace, named Article?

VisualEditor is already enabled on the main namespace, but "your signature" in "insert" tab is greyed out, and users cannot insert ~~~~ signatures. I just want to enable it.

In the article Help:VisualEditor/User guide is written that:

The "Your signature" item allows you to insert a signature that you use on the project. It will be greyed out (not selectable) when you are editing a type of page (a "namespace"), such as an article, where signatures should not be inserted.

There is a configuration variable, named $wgExtraSignatureNamespaces, that should allow you to add namespaces available for signature, but on my wiki this variable doesn't provide any result.
