Closed from Phabricator/Ciencia_Al_Poder: "The link pointed to translwikmediadef repository, which doesn't seem to exist (or at least not with that name). I've changed the link to the "translatewiki" repository (and a different file since that one no longer exists) and now the URL resolves properly. I don't know when the repo was renamed from translwikmediadef, however there doesn't seem to be many links to that repo. I think there's no need for a redirect. But this particular issue with the template is fixed"
