In reference to the note about the dumps being incomplete: based on a little searching, I found at least a few redirects that haven't been updated since 2006 but show up in the dumps (e.g., https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Chicago_Illinois&redirect=no). This phab task (https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T12931) would suggest it was fixed as well but I wanted to be sure before updating. Anyone know more?
