On the AMC history page, I can't see a link back to the article/content. I have to tap into one of the Permalink revisions to get the page toolbar back.

For consistency I'd like to see the toolbar on the history page (and editing pages) too. Even though it would add to the space which is already consumed by the filter box.

Yea that's a good point. Alternatively we could either link the page title (which is already at the top of the page, e.g. "An Awhesyth: Revision history") or create an additional link that leads back to the page, sort've like we do on the non-Advanced version of History pages.
