How can I install MediaWiki? I tried installing it on my Amazon Fire but the file downloaded says it cannot open.

@SilverHairedGal, you need first a local server and download the software; requirements are detailed in Manual:Installation requirements and some specific instructions for operating systems are here. Then you can install and configure it.
